Memoirs from beautiful Hell: 2nd entry; the abyss
Gabriel recieved a call telling him to go pick up his package so he hopped on a Tuk tuk (Bajaj) and rushed to the def ex offices.
He signed his name, took the package and soon as he got back into the Tuk tuk..... he opened it..
His heart stopped then shattered. His return to Provelania was refused and this meant he was not going to see his wife and child anytime soon.
The offices claimed he didn't have enough family ties in his country and they totally disregarded his endorsement letter from the NU.
Sure they call it hell.....But they forget how beautiful Gabriels home is.
Home to him meant Peace of mind, the reason why he considered Provelania home Too.
It was at least 3 years since he had connected with the people who actually appreciated his wizardry and now he was stuck again.
Dr Naker couldn't find a cure for the disease that was now suffocating Gabriel's heart.
Gabriel hadn't heard from him in a while and wondered if this was the lesson he was supposed to soak in.
Would the Dr really just let him die? or is it something Gabriel will never understand.
Is the pain and misery his destiny or can he still afford to be happy go lucky.
oh yes... thankful he must be... he should smile, The books will help him deal with his deadly emotions.
Precious time oh precious time...
Only time will tell.
There is a part of him that began to feel cold, dead smack in the middle of beautiful Hell...

Memoirs from beautiful hell: Exile 271817
Memoirs From Beautiful hell is a fictional book with one half of reality. It explors the life and times of a fallen angel named Gabriel who was cast away from Provelania but now had to find a way to be with his family
and live a normal life.
Gabriel was handling his depression well, He still had hope he still had life.
He rarely smiled but when he did it was usually because the innocence of a child cheered him up.
Now he had a child of his own whom he hadn't even met.
Deep inside he felt so wounded that he decided to bring the sharing of his creativity to a halt.
Paranoid about being missunderstood he wondered if his new complications were caused by people taking his art out of context.
He missed his wife dearly who was suffering without him in ways even he couldn't fathom.
Sometimes he wished Dr Naker would call him, Just to show care. Gabriel felt completely left out and alone.
Ironically his writting became more intense.
People calimed that he wasn't serious about his own talent but he knew that one day things would finally make sense to them but for now only his wife could possibly understand.
The clock was ticking, each day put a new scar on his soul.
The last time he talked to his wife Snow, the phone died. The power cut off too so he had to go to a cafe to charge his breaking down phone.
The heat was intense.
still.. Just another day in beautiful hell.
He prayed and wondered if he would ever make it back to Provelania.
they say home is where the heart is.
Gabriel was 3 years deep into exile.

Legendary( Lyrics) Updated article
Rhyme and Reason: I wrote this song when I was cornered into feeling worthless. They say you are what you think. I'd rather adopt legendary thoughts. I didn't want to depress people. I wanted something fun a bit witty and edgy at the same time
Proveli Van Paragon
Provelistic Entertainment
Come kick your flow with me
Make it LENGENDARY
yeah!
Nude flicks
Topless pictures of the princes they get plenty press
I'm still not impressed
Seen her on the TV just the other day
I heard she bad as she wanna be
Buzzin' Like a killer bee
Hit her up on Twitter tell her to follow me
Me and the competition got no rivalry
Really,It's just inspiration
Success is certain
Trust me
There's no need for confrontation,see....
I was was wondering if you wanna kick your flow with me
Sit back and watch your spine drop low
Red and black
Lookin' kinda fly up in your video
I just wanna share a best case scenario
Combine the sound become a team
Your jersey number 91
Mine's 23
if i miss the shot
Catch the rebound for me
There's no need to stand arround and act funny
That's blaspheme
Everything I touch is legendary
I heard you bad as you wanna be
Buzzin' like a killer bee babe.
Chrorus Bad as you wanna be

Verse 2
Vision and positive thinking basicaly get you over your hurdles
Even if your thinking's as slow as a turtle
master splinter I shred 'em to pieces
Back with my nephews and nieces
Remeniscin' on my capabilities of telekenesis

This is aggressive marketing but I'm loving it
Chew the beat up like McChicken till they stop bitchin'
Still in the kitchen what thye think I do is sickenin'
What I actualy do is classic
Fill out the paper work and make'em pay my kids for the record
Remain on the internet even when I'm dead
clear as yesterday the words I said
Never dusty
Never rusty
Dope melodies please don't push me
Take caution when you choose to approach me
Don't take my ideologies lightly

I know a legendary moment when I see one
By the way I think Em should have done more movies. I think the reason why he says Relapse sucked was because he felt bad about dissing Nick Cannon on "Bagpipes from Baghdad" , then there was the track "Insane" where he talked about being molested by a stepfather. Really uncmomfy topic.
Sure seemed to be going overboard with what he was saying but I think it was all for the thrill( meaning his style revolves around shock value, That's his thrill) and overall the album was a classic mix wise DR DRE really did his thing. As a producer you've got to give him his respect.
Who knows maybe he was venting and it just came out wrong.
One of my own projects I don't like happen to be perfect creature simply because I feel like the video doesn't do me justice.
Here Riz and i were opening for Lloyd Banks. performing in canada was always Thrilling for me.
Canadians Always showed me love.
It's not what it looks like HA! I was shaking hands with people in the front row
LINKING TWO WORLDS
Hip hop culture in Canada is growing in a very positive way and I think one of my missions as Sir Provelistic is to link the North American scene with the East African scene. But that's just being specific. Bringing all kinds of people together is one of my purposes.
As an Entertainer I have learned that sometimes you may please your audience and sometimes you may upset them but you have more to fear in boring them.
people want to be Thrilled.
Entertainers are Modern day gladiators.
I do believe in freedom of speech but that doesn't mean you have to deliberately seek out to offend people.
Everything has it's time and place.
It's like how any adult knows that you don't show horror movies and gangster rap to kids.
some of your adult friends might be entertained though.
The climate here in the East African hip hop community is good. Although I do believe that more detail needs to be paid enhancing the system of credit given to the artists. More respect for the art instead of always using artists as marketing tools for phone companies.Which is fine,a good idea in fact but it can't be the only way for an artist to be successful.
There is such a thing as having too much talent depending on the occasion and those involved.
If someone else sees you as a threat as competition in their field then they may be reluctant to help you.
It's like crabs in a bucket, they'll try to step over each other to get out.
On a good note there are lots of open channels for the future and the circumstances teach you allot about patience.
If I could somehow over time manage to invite more Canadian artist to the East African scene then I'm sure we could learn allot from each other and would make the game more interesting.
It's our differences that will make us appreciate each other.
The arts will blend masterpieces from two worlds and give birth to something completely new
An artist by the name "Njama" King of drama just recently did a song with a hot producer on the rise that goes by the name Mensen. check out the reverbnation Link
He blends bongo flava with an international vibe with ease. People first got a glimpse of this talent during the Nokia "Don't break the beat" battles.
He's the dude on the far right with the peace sign
Also check out this freestyle recorded inside Peponi Records
WELCOME AGAIN.
BE BLESSED WITH PEACE,LOVE AND UNITY.

Living In the storm
There is no Silence.
The symphony plays on,
When the sky is slightly grey
Little birds remain chipper and play.
Also stabbing the airwaves,
Spiteful shadows in the sky.
Still......
The same song.
When the rain finally comes along
I am not afraid of the thunder,
For if I can hear it then I am safe.
Lightning has already struck
And even then if I can feel the pain,
I am alive
-Proveli Paragon
I wrote this while sitting on a small stool inside my recording studio. The power had just gone out (A common thing in Tanzania during my Era)
It was a cloudy day, I had left the door open for some fresh air and was inspired by little birds that would actually have the audacity to come right in.
When I talk about "Spiteful shadows in the sky" I mean the crows. somethimes the sound they make sounds like a a sort of stabbing to me,depending on my mood.
This was also on of the poems I recited and discussed with students at the university of Dar es salaam.

Memoirs of a rapslayer:Nas Show
Even I had a hard time believing it....Nasir Jones was coming to Edmonton and K-riz and I were getting a chance to perform.
when the day arrived, We the performers had to arrive early for sound check which was done very profesionally. We had to do the songs as if it was the actual show and we were assigned Individual Mic's and simply had to remember the number marked on the microphone so that right before we go on stage we just mention the number and they hand us the mic ideal for our vocals.
We went to the back room for a meeting where we were given our passes and a couple of drinks. The vibe was all good. I noticed Konflict(one of the performers) had somone there to tape his performance so since we were homies anyway I asked if they could tape my part too and he did agree.
Nas was now downstairs in what they called the "Green" room
we prayed and wished each other luck then K-Riz,Arlo Maverick and I went to the waiting erea where we prayed some more and wished each other luck again.
I was nervous but remained cool as a cucumber.
Konflict was on before us and seemed to be doing fine with the crowd and although a few at the top row were begining to seem a bit restless.
Finally it was our go.
when the music began to play the whole place erupted. The beat was produced by "Insane" and had a hype rock feel to it. A song called "live" We all began to spit rhymes at an athletic pace.
It all felt like magic the connection with the crowd was amazing. I got in such a zone that I was brave enough to close my eyes Center stage as I delivered my next rhyme. All eyes were on me.
I remember seeing Nova and Prosper walking away from the stage area and it seemed like they had a little bit of drama of their own. The show went on.
When I got off strage I was trying to make my way back towards the green room area hoping to catch a few words with God's son himself. I was stopped by security who said it was a restricted area so I showed him my pass and he told me that I still have to go get permissin from Harman(DJ). who was no where In sight and the place was so packed and people were trying to get better situated to catch the main event. I was dissapointed the dude didn't just let me through but I had to time to cry about it...I just opened for NAS!
As I walked away he said "Good job by the way"
I found myself standing next to Kreesha Turner.
The next act came on, A group of rappers wearing white with flashy shades and chains .
20 seconds into their performance the place began to rumble, The crowd wasn't satisfied.
They bagan to Booo!! and bottles were thrown at them on stage, A chair came flying from the top floor. I remember hoping none of them got hurt.
Things seemed like they were getting out of hand so the music was cut off and someone came to calm down the crowd and said Nas was ready.
There he was... Just like on T.V and on the record, His live performance was all impressive but the most memorable part to me was when the lights went dim with a spotlight on the stage and there was a time he performed on his knees "One MIC"
The next day all people could talk about was how some opening rappers killed it and some sucked. so people who didn't make it to the show were still unsure who was who and what went on so people kept asking me with smiles on their faces.... So where were you when the booing was going on? I said I was sipping a Rum and coke, which made them laugh.
So I put that answer on my facebook status because it was a show everyone was talking about and I was glad to be a part of it. (Maybe I shouldn't have had a sense of humor)
Couple days later as the hype was dying down in my eyes I get a call from Arlo telling me that the same rap group that got Booed is dissing me. ME! "Arlo stop playin'" I said. So he asked what I was going to do about it. I said NOTHING because first of all I'm pretty much cool with everybody and nobody in Edmonton is silly enough to diss me on a record right now.
By the time I got off the phone with him I still thought he was kidding because anyone that actually Knows Arlo Knows he has a good sense of humor.... gets me everytime.
Later on... I think it was the same day when I met up with arlo he happened to be sitting infront of the computer and showed me the link on UGSMAG. And sure enough there was a link Dissing me called "Prosmelly" I thought that was very creative but mainly pathetic so I didn't take it seriously. I understood what they were doing. It was just all for hype and I didn't take it personal so I didn't even bother thinking of replying.
People kept wondering what my next move would be, They couldn't fathom why I was just sitting back like nothing happened.
Couple days went by and the hype seemed to be dying down in my eyes when suddenlly I was informed of another link directed at hurting me. This time they tried to sting a vulnerable spot so they said "Fuck your mom"
The voice in my head simply asked in disbelief..."Whacyu say about my momma??"
and there it was.
I knew what they were doing and didn't want to give them any more hype so I decided to still just lurk in the shadows and do my own thing.
It was bubbling inside and I kept it there for a while. The common question was why would they choose to diss proveli out of all the people in Edmonton directly Dissing them and then go to over react off of MY status on facebook which was in my opinion not intended to straight up disrespect...I was sipping a rum and coke.... My point in the status was ...1. I wasn't the one being booed. 2. I wasn't the one doing any booing or throwing chairs or bottles because I was busy with my drink ready for an awesome show....but NOOOOOOO!!
footage of them being booed was even on youtube .... so sad.
I never did get any footage that somone might have taped from my part.
But I bet if I was booed that night it would have been on youtube the next day too.
Although there is a very classic picture that remains
One night I went to the Music for Mavericks studio to hear some beats and maybe record. You know, to get somethings off my chest. Shaw who was working there at the time had already understood my taste in heavy beats with a symphonic feel and straight up said " I made this with you in mind"
The beat began and suddenly that guy I can never control on a record was back. I went into a trance...I was in a zone.
After the pacing back and forth, And the Mumbling I was ready for my first verse.
By the time it was done I still had no idea what the hook was going to be.
Dirt Gritie who was around began guessing what this could be about. This was the first track I was recording since... you know what...... and suddenly I had turned into a syllable slaughtering maniac.
Second verse, done.... even third... still no hook.
we played the verses back and the empty hook part just put me in a deeper zone.... I felt heavy,Strong and for one moment I became very Unforgiving When the question of why would they do this kept playing in my head.
The only answer I had was.... "The gods Must be crazy"
Like the African Village man who had never seen a bottle then suddenly one fell from the sky
because someone was simply littering from a plane up above which he discribed as an Iron bird.
The only explanation he had when the other village people asked was..... "The Gods Must be Crazy"
"The Gods must be crazy for letting these chumps come around town thinking they can f@*& with me,Haunt you In your sleep right by your side.....Man the Gods must be crazy.
people were feeling the track but I wasn't saying it was a diss to annyone, I refrained from saying their names to avoid giving them hype but I wanted only them to catch the msg.
I had the song on reverbnation for bit, when suddelny I heard news of my reply had reached the bloggers and even though I had a few critics people were loving it for the most part.
Kaz had even given me a little intro before the slaughter began.
What followed was an apology from the other side saying that they didn't mean to stoop as low as dissing my mother.
I accpeted the apology and moved on.
Hip hop is like boxing sometimes. you box each other out in the ring.
But most of the time out of the ring they are really just regular people that would rather live in peace.
Memoirs Of a rapslayer: Phantom Of the rap Era
It was finally done,Sonik and I were now ready to deliver all we had been working on.
At first I was a bit skeptic to have a whole project with beats from the same producer but it was the understanding and chemistry we had in the studio that gave me faith that we would still be able to create something diverse.
The flyers were done,People had already began to bump the CD (Phantom of the rap era)
The venue was already picked out on Whyte ave B scene studios in Edmonton Alberta, The pressure was on and I was was ready.
It was 10$ to get in without buying the CD and 5$ with the CD.
K- riz,Brothers grim,Kryple,Nova,K-blitz and all sorts of cool rappers were in the house.
I was taken to a back room to have a drink and stay out of sight while the opening acts Did their thing. I remember hearing a collaboration between Dizzy and Nova.
we took a couple pictures and started getting into the zone. I was taken someplace else right behind the stage where I got time to put on a Jason mask and a grey hoody,Underneath I had my favorite rock style jacket I got from west Edmonton mall's Millenium store. I also Had a fedora, I've performed here twice so far So the mask stunt could have easily been the other time when Brothers Grim were the opening acts.
The lights got dim and people started to move towards the stage area as the music began to play. I could feel the energy from the crowd.
K-Riz and Sonik helped with hyping to crowd and everyone was connected, Destiny was being fulfilled.
Oozeela was there too who also held it down, even brought Nadine on stage for a bit.
It was cute.
I remember how much I apreciated Nikki, Nadine and Vanessa's support because they were right up front taking pictures.
People singing along to my songs.
I was home.
Piano In the Dark.
The song "Dark Knight" was soundtrack style.
The woman in the Opening scene eventually became my wife and right around the time "Dark knight Rises" was being released we were being blessed with our first born.
I couldn't make this up HA!

Desiderata
Go placidy Amid the noise and haste, And remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly;and listen to others, even the dull and ignorant; they too have their story. Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexations to the spirit. If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain and bitter; for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself. Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans. Keep interested in your own career, however humble; It is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time. Exercise caution in your business affairs; for the world is full of trickery. But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals; and everywhere life is full of heroism. Be yourself. Especially, do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love;for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment it is perennial as the grass. Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a wholseome dicipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe,no less than the trees and the stars; you have the right to be here. And wether or not it is clear to you,no doubt the universe is unflolding as it should. Therfore be at peace with God whatever you conceive him to be, and whatever your labours and aspirations,in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul. With all it's sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world be careful. Strive to be happy

I (Proveli Paragon)
was interviewed by "Bang" magazine when I first touched down in the motherland, everything was going good. They said the interview went very well.... oh it's one of the best..
Next thing you know they completely cut me out without explanation and I thought..... well maybe they just didn't like my music which is totally understandable in my books because you can't please everybody especially when you clutch a pen to voice your thoughts honestly.
So I brushed it off and remained a fan of "Bang" magazine and even bought a copy and was having fun until I came across an article that opened my eyes to see what was really going on.

Cry another day
I sit alone
Clutching the beauty left in my memories
I know somehow somewhere there is a deep respect for me
I can't blame whatever makes my presence unique
For the outcast I have become.
Although I died a long time ago
My resurrection is you.
The pain and torture means I maintain strength
Just to grow.
There is no silence
My soul depends on a heavenly flow
Tranquility found in appreciation for today.
Tears lost in the mountains and mysterious rivers
stranded with countless smiles in my pocket
To cry another day.

Ludwig van Beethoven (
/ˈlʊdvɪɡ væn ˈbeɪt.hoʊvən/; German pronunciation: [ˈluːtvɪç fan ˈbeːt.hoːfən] (
listen); baptized 17 December 1770[1] – 26 March 1827) was a German[2] composer and pianist. A crucial figure in the transition between the Classical and Romanticeras in Western art music, he remains one of the most famous and influential of all composers.
Born in Bonn, then the capital of the Electorate of Cologneand part of the Holy Roman Empire, Beethoven moved to Vienna in his early 20s, studying with Joseph Haydnand quickly gaining a reputation as a virtuoso pianist. His hearing began to deteriorate in his late twenties, yet he continued to compose, conduct, and perform, even after becoming completely deaf.
As early as 1801, Beethoven wrote to friends describing his symptoms and the difficulties they caused in both professional and social settings (although it is likely some of his close friends were already aware of the problems).[46] Beethoven, on the advice of his doctor, lived in the small Austrian town of Heiligenstadt, just outside Vienna, from April to October 1802 in an attempt to come to terms with his condition. There he wrote his Heiligenstadt Testament, a letter to his brothers which records his thoughts of suicide due to his growing deafness and records his resolution to continue living for and through his art.[47] Over time, his hearing loss became profound: there is a well-attested story that, at the end of the premiere of his Ninth Symphony, he had to be turned around to see the tumultuous applause of the audience; hearing nothing, he wept.[48] Beethoven's hearing loss did not prevent his composing music, but it made playing at concerts—a lucrative source of income—increasingly difficult. After a failed attempt in 1811 to perform his own Piano Concerto No. 5 (the "Emperor"), which was premiered by his student Carl Czerny, he never performed in public again.
A large collection of Beethoven's hearing aids, such as a special ear horn, can be viewed at the Beethoven House Museum in Bonn, Germany. Despite his obvious distress, Carl Czerny remarked that Beethoven could still hear speech and music normally until 1812.[49] By 1814 however, Beethoven was almost totally deaf, and when a group of visitors saw him play a loud arpeggio of thundering bass notes at his piano remarking, "Ist es nicht schön?" (Is it not beautiful?), they felt deep sympathy considering his courage and sense of humor (he lost the ability to hear higher frequencies first).[50]
Beethoven's personal life was troubled by his encroaching deafness and irritability brought on by chronic abdominal pain (beginning in his twenties) which led him to contemplate suicide (documented in his Heiligenstadt Testament). Beethoven was often irascible. It has been suggested he suffered from bipolar disorder.[82]Nevertheless, he had a close and devoted circle of friends all his life, thought to have been attracted by his strength of personality. Toward the end of his life, Beethoven's friends competed in their efforts to help him cope with his incapacities.[83]
Sources show Beethoven's disdain for authority, and for social rank. He stopped performing at the piano if the audience chatted amongst themselves, or afforded him less than their full attention. At soirées, he refused to perform if suddenly called upon to do so. Eventually, after many confrontations, the Archduke Rudolph decreed that the usual rules of court etiquette did not apply to Beethoven.[83]
Beethoven was attracted to the ideals of the Enlightenment. In 1804, when Napoleon's imperial ambitions became clear, Beethoven took hold of the title-page of his Third Symphonyand scratched the name Bonaparte out so violently that he made a hole in the paper. He later changed the work's title to "Sinfonia Eroica, composta per festeggiare il sovvenire d'un grand'uom" ("Heroic Symphony, composed to celebrate the memory of a great man"), and he rededicated it to his patron, Prince Joseph Franz von Lobkowitz, at whose palace it was first performed.[citation needed]
The fourth movement of his Ninth Symphony features an elaborate choral setting of Schiller's Ode An die Freude ("Ode to Joy"), an optimistic hymn championing the brotherhood of humanity.
Beethoven composed in several musical genres and for a variety of instrument combinations. His works for symphony orchestra include nine symphonies (the Ninth Symphony includes a chorus), and about a dozen pieces of "occasional" music. He wrote seven concerti for one or more soloists and orchestra, as well as four shorter works that include soloists accompanied by orchestra. His only opera is Fidelio; other vocal works with orchestral accompaniment include two masses and a number of shorter works.[citation needed]
His large body of compositions for piano includes 32 piano sonatas and numerous shorter pieces, including arrangements of some of his other works. Works with piano accompaniment include 10 violin sonatas, 5 cello sonatas, and a sonata for French horn, as well as numerous lieder.[citation needed]
Beethoven also wrote a significant quantity of chamber music. In addition to 16 string quartets, he wrote five works for string quintet, seven for piano trio, five for string trio, and more than a dozen works for various combinations of wind instruments.[citation needed]
Beethoven's compositional career is usually divided into Early, Middle, and Late periods.[83] In this scheme, his early period is taken to last until about 1802, the middle period from about 1803 to about 1814, and the late period from about 1815.[citation needed]
In his Early period, Beethoven's work was strongly influenced by his predecessors Haydn and Mozart. He also explored new directions and gradually expanded the scope and ambition of his work. Some important pieces from the Early period are the first and second symphonies, the set of six string quartets Opus 18, the first two piano concertos, and the first dozen or so piano sonatas, including the famous Pathétique sonata, Op. 13.[citation needed]
His Middle (Heroic) period began shortly after Beethoven's personal crisis brought on by his recognition of encroaching deafness. It includes large-scale works that express heroism and struggle. Middle-period works include six symphonies (Nos. 3–8), the last three piano concertos, the Triple Concerto and violin concerto, five string quartets (Nos. 7–11), several piano sonatas (including the Moonlight, Waldstein and Appassionata sonatas), the Kreutzer violin sonata and Beethoven's only opera, Fidelio.[citation needed]
Beethoven's Late period began around 1815. Works from this period are characterised by their intellectual depth, their formal innovations, and their intense, highly personal expression. The String Quartet, Op. 131 has seven linked movements, and the Ninth Symphony adds choral forces to the orchestra in the last movement.[83] Other compositions from this period include the Missa Solemnis, the last five string quartets (including the massive Große Fuge) and the last five piano sonatas

Here's a song by a great artist Tupac Shakur. Relevant to this topic, "Keep your head up"
Lyrics.
Little somethin for my godson Elijah and a little girl named Kerim
[Verse One:]
Some say the blacker the berry, the sweeter the juice
I say the darker the flesh then the deeper the roots
I give a holler to my sisters on welfare
Tupac cares, if don't nobody else care
And uhh, I know they like to beat ya down a lot
When you come around the block brothas clown a lot
But please don't cry, dry your eyes, never let up
Forgive but don't forget, girl keep your head up
And when he tells you you ain't nuttin don't believe him
And if he can't learn to love you you should leave him
Cause sista you don't need him
And I ain't tryin to gas ya up, I just call em how I see em
You know it makes me unhappy (what's that)
When brothas make babies, and leave a young mother to be a pappy
And since we all came from a woman
Got our name from a woman and our game from a woman
I wonder why we take from our women
Why we rape our women, do we hate our women?
I think it's time to kill for our women
Time to heal our women, be real to our women
And if we don't we'll have a race of babies
That will hate the ladies, that make the babies
And since a man can't make one
He has no right to tell a woman when and where to create one
So will the real men get up
I know you're fed up ladies, but keep your head up
[Chorus]
Keep ya head up, oooo child things are gonna get easier
ooooo child things'll
get brighter [2x]
[Verse Two:]
Aiyyo, I remember Marvin Gaye, used to sing ta me
He had me feelin like black was tha thing to be
And suddenly tha ghetto didn't seem so tough
And though we had it rough, we always had enough
I huffed and puffed about my curfew and broke the rules
Ran with the local crew, and had a smoke or two
And I realize momma really paid the price
She nearly gave her life, to raise me right
And all I had ta give her was my pipe dream
Of how I'd rock the mic, and make it to tha bright screen
I'm tryin to make a dollar out of fifteen cents
It's hard to be legit and still pay tha rent
And in the end it seems I'm headin for tha pen
I try and find my friends, but they're blowin in the wind
Last night my buddy lost his whole family
It's gonna take the man in me to conquer this insanity
It seems tha rain'll never let up
I try to keep my head up, and still keep from gettin wet up
You know it's funny when it rains it pours
They got money for wars, but can't feed the poor
Say there ain't no hope for the youth and the truth is
it ain't no hope for tha future
And then they wonder why we crazy
I blame my mother, for turning my brother into a crack baby
We ain't meant to survive, cause it's a setup
And even though you're fed up
Huh, ya got to keep your head up
[Chorus]
[Verse Three:]
And uhh
To all the ladies havin babies on they own
I know it's kinda rough and you're feelin all alone
Daddy's long gone and he left you by ya lonesome
Thank the Lord for my kids, even if nobody else want em
Cause I think we can make it, in fact, I'm sure
And if you fall, stand tall and comeback for more
Cause ain't nuttin worse than when your son
wants to kno why his daddy don't love him no mo'
You can't complain you was dealt this
hell of a hand without a man, feelin helpless
Because there's too many things for you to deal with
Dying inside, but outside you're looking fearless
While da tears, is rollin down your cheeks
Ya steady hopin things don't fall down this week
Cause if it did, you couldn't take it, and don't blame me
I was given this world I didn't make it
And now my son's getten older and older and cold
From havin the world on his shoulders
While the rich kids is drivin Benz
I'm still tryin to hold on to my survivin friends
And it's crazy, it seems it'll never let up, but
please... you got to keep your head up
This is where magic happens if you keep an open mind.

Everyone has their own place in history, Spirits never die and people are never gone when they will always be remembered
Around 1796, by the age of 26, Beethoven began to lose his hearing.[45] He suffered from a severe form of tinnitus, a "ringing" in his ears that made it hard for him to hear music; he also avoided conversation. The cause of Beethoven's deafness is unknown, but it has variously been attributed to typhus, auto-immune disorders (such as systemic lupus erythematosus), and even his habit of immersing his head in cold water to stay awake. The explanation from Beethoven's autopsy was that he had a "distended inner ear," which developed lesions over time.
A large collection of Beethoven's hearing aids, such as a special ear horn, can be viewed at the Beethoven House Museum in Bonn, Germany. Despite his obvious distress, Carl Czerny remarked that Beethoven could still hear speech and music normally until 1812.[49] By 1814 however, Beethoven was almost totally deaf, and when a group of visitors saw him play a loud arpeggio of thundering bass notes at his piano remarking, "Ist es nicht schön?" (Is it not beautiful?), they felt deep sympathy considering his courage and sense of humor (he lost the ability to hear higher frequencies first).[50]
As a result of Beethoven's hearing loss, his conversation books are an unusually rich written resource. Used primarily in the last ten or so years of his life, his friends wrote in these books so that he could know what they were saying, and he then responded either orally or in the book. The books contain discussions about music and other matters, and give insights into Beethoven's thinking; they are a source for investigations into how he intended his music should be performed, and also his perception of his relationship to art. Out of a total of 400 conversation books, it has been suggested that 264 were destroyed (and others were altered) after Beethoven's death by Anton Schindler, who wished only an idealised biography of the composer to survive.[51
The fourth movement of his Ninth Symphony features an elaborate choral setting of Schiller's Ode An die Freude ("Ode to Joy"), an optimistic hymn championing the brotherhood of humanity.
Beethoven is acknowledged as one of the giants of classical music; occasionally he is referred to as one of the "three Bs" (along with Bach and Brahms) who epitomise that tradition. He was also a pivotal figure in the transition from the 18th century musical classicism to 19th century romanticism, and his influence on subsequent generations of composers was profound.[83]

Now From music to sports
Lets take a look at my favorite ball player in the league today...... Kobe Bryant
January 4
"There were jumpers from a step inside the 3-point arc, and at least a step or two beyond. But while the Lakers and Rockets fired away from the perimeter, there was a marked difference. The Lakers took two kinds of shots the Rockets could not. They took wide-open shots, set up by the strength inside and the attention it commanded. And they took Kobe Bryant shots, seemingly made more unstoppable when the game reached its closing minutes. The Rockets could give chase through the night, but down the stretch, when Bryant began posting up for turnaround jumpers and cutting to open spots on the floor, the Rockets had no answer and the Lakers pulled away for a 108-99 win Tuesday at Staples Center."
Houston Chronicle
January 4
"It's not quite Magic and Kareem, or even Kobe and Shaq, but the Lakers are rapidly finding a tough-to-top 1-2 combo. Kobe Bryant shook off a two-game shooting slump with 37 points and Andrew Bynum shook up the Houston Rockets with his first 20-20 game. Not surprisingly, the Lakers defeated the Houston Rockets, 108-99, Tuesday at Staples Center. Bynum started the season late because of his well-publicized four-game suspension, but he has arrived on time, putting up averages of 22.7 points and 17 rebounds in three games. He had 21 points and 22 rebounds in 38 minutes against Houston, dominating down low yet again and evoking a cut-and-paste observation from Bryant."
Los Angeles Times
January 4
"The saga of the wrist continued Tuesday night at Staples Center. Kobe Bryant removed the protective sleeve on his right arm, revealing a heavy tape job on his damaged wrist, and then he went out and almost made as many shots as he missed while leading the Lakers to a 108-99 victory over the Houston Rockets. Bryant scored a season-high 37 points, including 22 in the second half, and also grabbed eight rebounds and added sixassists in 36 minutes, 51 seconds. He made 14 of 29 shots, including 9 of 15 after halftime. Lakers Nation breathed an enormous sigh of relief. "I'm always trying to prove a point," Bryant said after scoring nine points on 4-for-8 shooting in the final 6 minutes,"
