Memoirs Of a rapslayer: Phantom Of the rap Era

It was finally done,Sonik and I were now ready to deliver all we had been working on.
At first I was a bit skeptic to have a  whole project with beats from the same producer but it was the understanding and chemistry we had in the studio that gave me faith that we would still be able to create something diverse.
The flyers were done,People had already began to bump the CD (Phantom of the rap era)
The venue was already picked out on Whyte ave B scene studios in Edmonton Alberta, The pressure was on and I was was ready.
It was 10$ to get in without buying the CD and 5$ with the CD.

K- riz,Brothers grim,Kryple,Nova,K-blitz and all sorts of cool rappers were in the house.
I was taken to a back room to have a drink and stay out of sight while the opening acts Did their thing. I remember hearing a collaboration between Dizzy and Nova.
we took a couple pictures and started getting into the zone. I was taken someplace else right behind the stage where I got time to put on a Jason mask and a grey hoody,Underneath I had my favorite rock style jacket I got from west Edmonton mall's Millenium store. I also Had a fedora, I've performed here twice so far So the mask stunt could have easily been the other time when Brothers Grim were the opening acts.

The lights got dim and people started to move towards the stage area as the music began to play.  I could feel the energy from the crowd.
K-Riz and Sonik helped with hyping to crowd and everyone was connected, Destiny was being fulfilled.
Oozeela was there too who also held it down, even brought Nadine on stage for a bit.
It was cute.

I remember how much I apreciated Nikki, Nadine and Vanessa's support because they were right up front taking pictures.
People singing along to my songs.
I was home.

Piano In the Dark.

The song "Dark Knight" was soundtrack style.
The woman in the Opening scene eventually became my wife and right around the time "Dark knight Rises" was being released we were being blessed with our first born.

I couldn't make this up  HA!
